Non-aqueous liquid cleaning composition comprising a non-aqueous organic solvent, solid particles dispersed in the solvent and hydrophobically modified amorphous silica particles wherein a part of the hydroxyl groups on the surface of said silica particles has been silylated with a chlorine-free silylating agent.
