<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi distribution system allowing a user to easily call a taxi also from a place to which the user is not accustomed without being affected by the skill of an operator. SOLUTION: This taxi distribution system comprises base stations 2a to 2i for areas A to I to which cellular phones 1 are connected, a base station management server 3 for managing the positional information of the base stations 2a to 2i, a taxi management server 5 for managing the positional information of taxis 4a to 4e managed by a taxi management station, and radio equipment 6 for communicating by radio with the managed taxis 4a to 4e. When the user transmits signals to the base station management server 3 by using the cellular phones 1, the positional information of the base station 2a to which the cellular phone 1 is connected is automatically sent to the base station management server 3, taxi management server 5, and the taxi 4a determined to be distributed, and the user can call a taxi also from a present unknown place to which the user is not accustomed.</p> |
