<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of toll collection processing by using radiocommunication in a toll road. SOLUTION: This ETC(electronic toll collection) system is provided with a road side wireless installation 31 installed in an introduction part (lane changing section) in front of a tollgate of the toll road and wirelessly communicating with a vehicle passing though a lane toward the tollgate, and an alarm display board 33 installed in the lane changing section and, when the radiocommunication between the road side wireless installation 31 and the vehicle is not normally performed, issuing an alarm to prohibit the entry to the toll road, to the vehicle.</p> |
