The invention relates to a device for inspecting the image and measuring the colour of at least one printed product produced by a printing machine with at least one printing group. The purpose of the present invention is to propose a device permitting the quality and colour of printed products to be assessed. To do this, the device consists of at least one imaging device (12) providing the image data of the printed product and a computer device (17), in which the computer device (17) detects all the image data of the printed product for image inspection and finds a measurement colour assessment from the image data of at least one measuring point of printed product.
