<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-contact connector, and its manufacturing method, which can obtain stable connection resistance in itself with low connection load and can fix without using a holder. SOLUTION: The pressure-contact connector is provided with a conducting stria material 1 arranged in a slope in an approaching direction of a first and a second electric joinings and conducting them, a first insulating elastomer 10 partially bonded at a rear face of the conducting stria material 1 and elastically contacting the first electric joining, and a second insulating elastomer 11 partially bonded at a surface of the conductive stria material 1 and elastically contacting the second electric joining. Then, the fist and the second elastomer 10, 11 are arrayed in point symmetry base on the central part P in the length direction of the conductive stria material 1, contact-area decreasing space 20 each is formed between an exposed face of the conductive stria material 1 and the first and the second insulating elastomers, and a plate-shaped connecting body 30 adhering to the first electric joining at an end of the first insulating elastomer.</p> |
