PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductive composition that can be preserved for a long period of time and is polymerized quickly when heated, and to provide an electric cell and an electrochemical element using the ion conductive composition. SOLUTION: This ion conductive composition is obtained through polymerization of a polymerizing composition composed of an ion conductive mixture that contains at least an electrolytic salt and a polymerizing compound, wherein the ion conductive mixture contains a polymerization inhibitor. Viscosity of the ion conductive mixture at 25 deg.C is not more than 30 mP.s, and a viscosity rise rate after a lapse of 6 hours following formulation is within 300%. Such a ion conductive composition can be filled into a cell evenly, so that the electric cell and the electrochemical element of high quality can be obtained.
