PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a closing function which is not so complicated as a conventional one and can be produced at an inexpensive cost. SOLUTION: This bag includes an outside layer having a laminate fixing portion and a tab portion with an inside layer and an outside layer, the tab portion holding the bag in a closing state by sticking to a rolled-up portion of the bag, and the tab portion continuously connected to the fixing portion.
