PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device capable of producing an extruded expanded composite whose skin material is free from irregularities and a streaky flaw and has a smooth surface. SOLUTION: An expandable resin 10 for a core is extruded from a first die 2 and expanded, and the surface of the extruded resin is coated with the skin material 30, while an expanded core 100 is formed, as an intermediate. This intermediate is guided to a cooling/sizing die 4 and cooled and shaped to a desired form and thus the extruded expanded composite is obtained. The first die 2 is equipped with a guide part 23 which extrudes the expandable resin 10 for a core to each of a plurality of nozzles 25 and a residence part 210 which is provided in the upstream side of the guide part 23 and makes the resin 10 to be fed by a first extruder reside. The residence part 210 has a first pressure adjusting bar 7 for adjusting the flow of the resin 10 at each of the nozzles 25.
