The working cannula is surrounded by the sealing cannula at a distance from the working cannula whereby the fibrin sealant passes from a connector at said upper end of said sealing cannula to at least one slitshaped radially directed outlet opening in said sealing cannula between said sealing cannula and said working cannula. |
