The invention relates to a support for pipes in greenhouses and the like, comprising a substantially planar, rectangular base plate with a number of brackets which project from the base plate, are located next to one another in the longitudinal direction of the base plate and the top surface of which is formed as a concave pipe-supporting surface, while means are provided for securing a pipe on the supporting surface of a bracket. According to the invention, the brackets are formed by hollow blocks which are made from plastic and are provided at their bottom end with projecting edges, by means of which the brackets can be pushed into guide tracks formed in the vicinity of the longitudinal edges of the base plate. <IMAGE>
