The material supports run-off, retains loose elements and creates covering vegetation and consists of: a mineral fraction, with water, sand, silt, clay, binders, fertilizer and oligoelements; an organic fraction with peat, fertilizer, straw, lignified structures, seeds, microbial flora bioactivators and humic and fulvic acids; and a synthetic fraction with polypropylene fibres, soil- concatenating polymers and acrylic copolymers. The process provides uniform distribution over the embankment of a mixture of humic acids and micro-organisms, the anchoring of a lattice-type support over the embankment and a spraying of the material together with water.
