The device has fixing units (5) to fix a fender (1) and a face bar (2) with a pressing unit (4). The unit (4) has a guiding orifice (8) cooperating with the units (5). The orifice has a variable depth to form, on a side opposite to the fender and bar, two support surfaces for a support part (12) of the units (5). The fender and bar are tightened against each other by the pressure of the unit (4) obtained by tightening of the units (5). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle assembly.
