The improvements to which the present invention relates basically consist in that the cavity, placed on the pavement, in which the flat piece is moulded, out of reinforced concrete, intended to form part of the building, is formed by at least three beams 1-2-3 of U- shaped section, which are permanently incorporated in said piece.
