The control programme (101) causes the print-out for each complete information the name and address of the receiver and also prints out the actual franking dependent upon the number of sheets in the information and the distance to the receiver according to the printed-out address. The control programme feeds forward for each complete information an envelope on which the franking is printed. Automatically, the control programme prints once per time unit an invoice for the previously printed frankings, addressings, and sealings which is addressed to the sending with a copy to the postal authority.
