Door with flexible wall fitted with a safety device which comes into play should one of the straps which operates the shutter forming the flexible wall break. The door chiefly consists of a frame and shutter (13) which can be raised by means of two operating straps (22) and, according to the invention, the operating straps work in conjunction with safety straps (30) which pass around a pin (34) mounted in a stationary slideway (36) fixed to the frame and held in a predetermined position by at least one breakable element (38) such as a plastic rivet, the breakage of the rivet causing the pin (34) to be displaced and causing an electrical contactor (40) or similar component, which is able to cut the motor that drives the operating shaft (24), to change state. <IMAGE>
