Device designed to freshen shoes by disinfecting and drying them without the user having to remove them. It limits the diffusion of bacteria and dries the shoes on, around and underneath each shoe. It consists of an upper housing (2) and a lower housing (4). Resting on the upper housing (2) is a mesh (1). The presence sensor triggers the device (E1) which actuates the aerosol can (B1) and the air jet is triggered after this cycle by S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 situated in the lower housing (4). The filter (3) retains the impurities and the water. The programmer (P1) is for selecting different modes of use of the device: - diffusion of bacteriocidal disinfectant only, - jet of fresh air only, - jet of hot air only, - diffusion of bacteriocide and jet of fresh air, or - diffusion of bacteriocide and jet of hot air. <IMAGE>
