The hook comprises hanging means (5) and a hairpin spring (6) designed so that, after it is inserted into and compressed by the hollow body (2) it is subjected to an expansion force and grips the wall (3) of the hollow body (2). The hook further includes a handle for compressing the hairpin spring (6), this handle being designed to project outside of the hollow body (2) and including two strands joined together.
