The invention relates to molecular siloxane composites including a rigid reinforcing thermoplastic polymer dispersed on a molecular scale in a flexible organosiloxane/thermoplastic polymer copolymer, to a process for the preparation of the the composites and to a material with a surface enriched in siloxane, obtained from the molecular siloxane composites, and to the uses of the composites and of the material, in particular for aerospace construction.
