<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic component feeder for stably feeding an electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component feeder (the feeder 10) is provided to an electronic component packaging device (1) for packaging the electronic component (D) to a board (P), discharges a component-housing tape (A) for housing a plurality of electronic components to exfoliate a second tape (a cover tape C) of the component-housing tape from the first tape (the carrier tape B) at a exfloiating part (13), and feeds the electronic component held by a first tape to the electronic component packaging device. The exfoliating part is arranged so as to make a first exfoliating member (an adjusting piece 15) and a second exfoliating member (a forward-backward moving piece 16) opposed each other and a gap (W) to which the second tape runs through is formed in the second tape thickness direction.
