The first braking unit comprises a first horizontal brake-control cylinder 2 and its inner and outer pistons 3, at least one inner brake lever, at least one outer brake lever 4, an inner brake jaw, an outer brake jaw 5, an inner link, an outer link 6, an inner fixed vertical arm and an outer fixed vertical arm 7.
