The present invention relates to a waste device made from elements of the same module which are transported and installed according to the well-known "Ampliroll" principle with the aid of a special lorry equipped with an hydraulic handling arm with a hook. Skips of a known model 1A to 1F are equipped, in the region of their upper edge, with a supporting floor which constitutes a single table 11 when the skips are conveniently arranged against one another. Inclined ramps 8A and 8B allow access to this table and one of them at least contains the premises of the attendant. These ramps, which are transported and installed like the skips mentioned above, are articulated in two parts and, when the waste unit is closed, these ramps are raised partially like drawbridges, thus rendering the skips inaccessible. It is no longer necessary to envisage major civil engineering works on two levels, nor enclosures. The research and implementation times are very short and the costs are low, and this type of waste unit can be displaced easily at low cost. <IMAGE>
