The invention relates to a mobile ramp (6) which equips, in particular, car transporter vehicles and which, at one of its ends, is articulated about an axis (7) and, at the other end, is associated with an operating means (8) also fastened at least indirectly to the chassis. For reasons of bulk and freedom of movement, the point of application of the operating means (8) on each track is offset substantially towards one of the longitudinal sides of the said track (6) and towards the outside of the platform (2). Each ramp is characterised in that, in addition to the operating means, it comprises: - on the one hand, a means accompanying the displacement of the side of the track (6) on which the point of application of the operating means is located, and, - on the other hand, a means for supporting the other side of the track, controlled by a means for synchronising the movements of the two sides of the track. <IMAGE>
