The attainment of the control point (11) is detectable in a simple and accurate manner by measuring the depression in the vacuum chamber (1) by means of a pressure sensor (9) and by evaluating the output signal thereof by means of an evaluation electronic unit (15) which calculates the control point (11) by a mathematical function taking into account the pressure in the vacuum chamber (1) only.
