The present invention is designed for a new triazine formation, the formula of which isa compound of formulawhere Y<1> is a hydrogen atom or methyl group, and Z oxygen or sulphur atom,where Y<2> and Y<3> may be homogenous or different, and they are formulas of methyl or methoxy groups or compounds:where Y<4>-is methyl, trifluoromethyl, methoxy group or fluorine atom and n is an integer number from 0 to 2, X<1>-halogen atom and R<1>-methyl or ethyl group hydrogen, and for herbicide which compounds triazine formation as an active agent, and its general formula is (I).
