Machine for manufacturing a thermoelectric converter including a plurality of thermocouples connected in series, comprising a conveyor belt or endless strip (12) on which transverse grooves (16) are formed for accommodating lengths of electrically conducting wires, a soldering station (26) comprising multiple solder heads (28) forming the hot and cold junctions of the thermocouples, means for fixing connecting wires (46) at the ends of the converter, and means for winding the rest of the thermocouples with a strip of insulating material, and for applying a binder onto the roll obtained.
