The method reduces the manufacturing time and cost by eliminating the unnecessary ramping and grinding processes. The method comprises (A) forming grooves (110) for regulating the track width and forming a vertical projection (120) on magnetic ferrite blocks (100a,102a); (B) forming grooves (104) for wrapping coils; (C) forming non-magnetic layers (114a,114d) on the magnetic ferrite block (100a), non-magnetic metal film (114b), and ferromagnetic metal layer (114c) with the sputtering method.
