PURPOSE:To reduce development time and maintenance time by immediately correcting the data of respective components while referring to images in preparing a slip processing program. CONSTITUTION:The picture of an element to be defined is displayed from a sheet holding means 11, which holds the storage table of input pictures and input information for efficiently inputting the information of the components of a slip, onto an output device 3 by a sheet expanding means 12, and the storage table is expanded in a sheet information storage part 14. When the input information is written in the storage table by a sheet writing means 13, it is analyzed by a specification interpreter means 15, the print image of the defined element is displayed through a logic picture expansion part 16, information concerning a format is stored in a format definition specification part 17, and information concerning slip descriptions is stored in a slip specification part 18. These data are transformed into a file format by a file input/output means 19 and stored in a format definition specification filing part 20 and a slip specification filing part 21. Concerning the correction, the picture of filed contents is displayed and updated corresponding to the corrected result. |
