MANUFACTURE OF COAXIAL RESONATOR ELEMENT

PURPOSE:To form the coaxial resonator element with high dimension accuracy without a bent or distortion by uniformizing a pressure in a cavity. CONSTITUTION:This is a manufacture method in which a coaxial resonator element 2 made of a dielectric material is formed by injection molding and after the dielectric body (ceramic) is injected in a cavity 14 of metallic dies 11, 15, a nozzle 12 is closed and a pressurizing device 18 compresses the inside of the cabity via a pressurizing rod 16.
