<p>An expanded polymeric foam material comprises a mix of a foam forming agent, a resin, fibrous material and an exfoliating material. The foam-forming agent may comprise an organic isocyanate, more especially diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The exfoliating material may comprise powdered exfoliating graphite and/or powdered sodium silicate. The fibrous material may comprise man-made mineral fibres (MMF) and/or inorganic fibres.</p> |
