PURPOSE:To reduce the necessary memory capacity of the arithmetic unit of an electronic musical instrument. CONSTITUTION:The signal processor is provided with a microprogram RAM 4 which stores plural arithmetic instructions specified with an arithmetic instruction address signal, a coefficient register 13 which stores plural parameters specified with a parameter address signal, an address controller which supplies the constant arithmetic instruction address signal to the microprogram RAM 4 for a specific period, and a coefficient register 13 which is supplied with plural kinds of parameter address signals for the period. An arithmetic part executes the same arithmetic instructions as to plural kinds of parameter, so the necessary memory capacity for the storage of the arithmetic instructions is reduced and large-quantity, high-speed processing is enabled. |
