PURPOSE:To stably manufacture a lot of multilayered ceramic capacitors, without atmosphere control at the time of baking, by removing binder from a multilayered capacitor having base metal inner electrode layers in inert gas containing water vapor and hydrogen, and then sintering it in an atmosphere containing no gas which reduces the base metal inner electrode layers. CONSTITUTION:Ni paste is used as the base metal paste for inner electrodes 3. An electrode pattern is formed by screen-printing a desired pattern on a green sheet. Green sheets wherein electrode patterns have been formed are so stacked that the inner electrode patterns face each other, thermocompression- bonded, and cut out. Thereby an unsintered laminate is prepared, and subjected to debinder at a temperature of 400-700 deg.C, in inert gas containing water vapor of 10-70vol.% and hydrogen of 0.1-5vol.%. After that, dielectric ceramic layers 1, 2 and Ni inner electrode layers 3 are sintered in an atmosphere containing no gas which reduces the Ni inner electrode layers 3. |
