PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of changing work for a report file. CONSTITUTION:A report file converting means 3 converts a report prepared by executing a job into a report file, allocates the converted file to a disk device D1 and stores the file as a report file F1 based upon job execution. A report editing means A controls editing processing through an editor previously installed on a console E1 for a report file based upon job execution and allocates and stores the edited file to/in the disk device D1 as an edited report file F2. An output queue managing means 8 registers the file F2 stored in the device D1 in an output queue. An output device control means 9 controls the output of the file F2 registered in the output queue to a printer device P1. |
