PURPOSE:To make possible the centralized management of disaster prevention managing information at multiple dwellings even at any distant place by making possible direct speaking between a report center equipment and a terminal equipment and information display by providing the report center equipment connected to a center equipment by two telephone lines in addition to a CATV system. CONSTITUTION:While utilizing the CATV system for performing bidirectional communication, television broadcasting or the like is supplied to each dwelling 6 by connecting a center equipment 1 and a dwelling terminal equipment 4 with a coaxial cable 5, and multiple dwellings are managed. In addition to this system, a report center equipment 7 is provided and connected to the center equipment 1 by two telephone lines 13 and 14 for speaking and data transmission so as to make possible automatic direct speaking or data exchange with an interphone facility 9 inside a dwelling 3 at the time of any disaster. Thus, the centralized management of various disaster prevention managing information at the distant place is possible without being limited with the installing place of the center equipment. |
