PURPOSE:To obtain the issuing machine having a function for answering question matter which are inquired frequently at a window, and perform answering and explaining of contents explanation, explanation for an application procedure, etc., instead of a window person in charge by providing with a control means which reads corresponding question and answer information out of a storage means according to an inputted question matter and displays it. CONSTITUTION:This machine has a resident service function in addition to a certificate issuing function. Namely, when 'question to the city' is selected, a CPU 13 displays a selection screen for the question items which are usually inquired frequently at windows and a user selects a desired question matter among them similarly to operation for selecting a service menu. The CPU 13 reads in answer display information corresponding to the question matter which are previously stored on a hard disk HDD 17 and displays a prescribed answer display screen on a CRT display device 3. Consequently, the user reads the contents displayed on a CRT display device 3 to confirm the answer to the question. |
