PURPOSE:To obtain a low temperature firing ceramic board which can be used just like an alumina board while using Au, Ag and Cu as a conductor by containing another kind of crystallite in the particle of crystal phase being deposited when a crystallized glass is fired. CONSTITUTION:Three kinds of glass systems, where anorthite having high aspect ratio exhibits a crystal precipitation phase, are selected as crystallized glass systems. Oxides having respective compositions are weighed and a material powder is mixed sufficiently. The mixed powder is fused in a platinum crucible and sufficiently settled before it is fed onto a stainless plate and quenched. The quenched glass is roughly ground before it is subjected to fine wet grinding. Various glass frits thus obtained are added with another kind of crystallite and molded, by cast molding, with predetermined dimensions before it is fired and crystallized. Consequently, Au, Ag and Cu can be used as a conductor thus obtaining a low temperature firing ceramic board which can be used just like an alumina board. |
