PURPOSE:To prevent the irregular reflection by close contact of a light transmission plate and a reflection film by forming dot patterns of a large dot pitch in a prescribed end region from an effective light emitting region to the light source lamp side end. CONSTITUTION:The first dot patterns D1, for uniform emission of light are formed by printing in the effective light emitting region B on the rear surface of the light transmission plate 5. Further, the second dot patterns D2. are also formed even in the prescribed end side region C from the effective light emitting region B on the rear surface of the light transmission plate 5 up to the CCFT 6 side end. The tight contact of the light transmission plate 5 and the reflection film 8 in the prescribed end side region Cis prohibited by the second clot patterns D2 and therefore, such an incident that the light introduced from the CCFT 6 into the light transmission plate 5 induces interference of light and irregular reflection of light, does not arise in the tight contact part of the light transmission plate 5 and the reflection film, unlike heretofore. Then, the light supplied from the CCFT 6 is effectively introduced into the liquid crystal panel 1. |
