PURPOSE:To prevent a product from being ruptured by static electricity in the case of setting and resetting an LCD panel on the panel positioning stage of a panel set plate in a polarizing plate sticking device sticking a polarizing plate to the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a mechanism for turning a swing arm 6 to which a conductive rubber 7 is attached, by the action of a cylinder 4, and bringing the conductive rubber 7 into contact with a TFT terminal part 8 after the LCD panel 2 has been fixed to the panel set plate 1 by being sucked, and the mechanism for making the cylinder 12 on the lower part of the panel set plate 1 rise at a low speed, and pushing up the LCD panel 2 by a panel pusher pin 11 which is connected to the cylinder 12. |
