<p>PURPOSE:To effectively use a part used when the sheet feed cassette is attached by using it even when a both-side unit is attached instead of a sheet feed cassette in an image recorder capable of exchanging one of the sheet feed cassettes arranged in multiple stages with the both-side unit. CONSTITUTION:This image recorder is provided with a feeler 29 which, when the sheet feed cassette 26 is attached to the device main body 10, detects the presence or absence of a sheet S and, conversely when one of the sheet feed cassettes is exchanged with the both-side unit 42, and detects that a one-side recorded sheet has passed through a both-side recording carry path 42.</p> |
