PURPOSE: To obtain an active matrix display screen provided with a storing capacitor by forming a capacity wiring to be superposed to a part of each block in parallel with an address specification wiring and forming a storing capacitor by the capacity wiring in cooperation with the superposed block part. CONSTITUTION: A pattern consisting of row wirings Cn , Cn+1 , etc., and a block P is regulated by 1st etching executed through 1st stage masking. Each block P is provided with an extension part AP called as a block extension part and each row wiring is provided with an extension part AC called as a row wiring extension part. Then a pattern consisting of address specification row wirings Ln , Ln+1 , etc., a capacity wiring LC and a strip-like reference wiring Br is regulated by 2nd etching through a 2nd stage. These wirings Ln , Ln+1 , etc., regulate a TFT and the wiring LC regulates a storing capacitor Cs to be found out in cooperation with a coated part constituting the block P.
