The device has a wire (21) placed on backside of a frame (8) supporting a shadow mask (7) and penetrating through a beam passing holes (12) with certain tension force. It also prevents the wire (21) closing to the beam passing hole (12). The diameter of the wire (21) is bigger than thickness of the shadow mask (7) and smaller than a distance (S1) of the beam pass holes (12).
