PURPOSE:To make the acceptance process for slips efficient and speedy by automatically determining a acceptance schedule corresponding to the acceptance period of the slips and managing the acceptance process. CONSTITUTION:When input contents from a slip input device 15 are written in an electronic slip input part provided to an electronic slip generating device 10, an electronic slip is generated. The contents of the generated electronic slip are sent to a return controller 12, which determines an acceptance path and an acceptance period with an acceptance path master and an acceptance period master, registers them in an acceptance management master. and returns them to an acceptance processor 13; and then automatic scheduling is performed on the basis of the acceptance period. Further, when the acceptance period is exceeded, a message is displayed on an acceptance processor 13. After the acceptance process ends, a next acceptance process is performed and after final acceptance, data are erased from the acceptance master. Consequently, the acceptance process for slips is made efficient and speedy. |
