PURPOSE:To enable hotel guests to escape from danger in emergency such as a fire by making each hotel guest carry a card type terminal and sending a radio discrimination signal back by each terminal in response to a radio interrogation signal from a transmitter-receiver in each area. CONSTITUTION:The interrogation signal is sent from the transmitter-receiver 4 in a dangerous area with a command from a central processor 1 and information on a person in the dangerous area is sent to the central processor 1 with a return discrimination signal from the terminal 5. Then it is decided whether or not the discrimination signal from the terminal 5 reaches the device 1. When the signal reaches the device 1, the device 1 grasps the person in the dangerous area and displays that on a display part 12. When the signal does not reach the device 1, on the other hand, a communication between the safety management room wherein the device 1 is installed and the dangerous area is possibly cut off, so a backup portable processor 10 is connected to an information takeout terminal 11 close to the dangerous area, and discrimination information is taken out by the processor 10 and displayed on the display part 13. Consequently, the person in the dangerous area in case of a fire, etc., can securely be grasped. |
