PURPOSE:To shorten data processing time and to carry out high-reliability processing by parallelly processing many bank transactions with plural communication terminals and communication lines under the control of a central processing unit(CPU) while using any specified communication control equipment. CONSTITUTION:A communication control equipment 1A is composed of a CPU 10 composed of a personal computer or the like, plural communication terminals 12, and communication terminal interface 11 for connecting the unit 10 and the terminals 12. On the other hand, this system is provided with a public telephone network 2, packet exchange network 3, bank ANSWER center 4 and a lot of bank accounts 5. When a customer inputs work contents to the unit 10, communication destination telephone number data and bank transaction data are transmitted to the plural communication terminals 12, the terminals 12 automatically originate calls by catching the plural communication lines based on the received communication destination telephone number data, and the transactions instructed by the customer are parallelly processed with a communication destination bank host based on the bank transaction data. Thus, a lot of bank transaction data can be unitarily managed. |
