THROTTLE VALVE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To prevent step-out of motor due to deficiency of torque without deteriorating the follow-up performance of operating state signal significantly by driving a step motor in accordance with a procedure for converging the speed below a highest level operated for each rotational direction. CONSTITUTION:A rotational direction determining means C determines the rotational direction of a step motor H based on an operating state signal A and a driving voltage detecting means G determines the driving voltage of the step motor H. Based on the rotational direction and the driving voltage thus determined, a highest speed level for rotating a throttle valve I is calculated under presence of energizing force functioning thereon. A speed level calculating means E then calculates a speed level for rotating the step motor H based on the operating state signal A and according to a processing procedure for converging the speed below the highest level. Subsequently, a drive circuit F feeds the step motor H with a corresponding current.
