PURPOSE:To register the system where a moving terminal stays for a mobile object communication system to which the moving terminal itself belongs and to enable a call by updating the location information of the terminal in the control file of an exchange when a call setting signal is received. CONSTITUTION:When a moving terminal 8 moves from a first independent mobile object communication system A to which the terminal itself belongs to other second independent mobile object communication system B1, the moving terminal 8 responds to the location registration start signal of the other second independent mobile object communication system B1 and transmits a call setting signal including location registration indetification data. When this call setting signal is received by the exchange 5 of the other second mobile object communication system B1, this call setting signal is transmitted to the exchange 4 of the first communication system to which the moving terminal 8 belongs. When this call setting signal is received by the exchange 4 of the first mobile communication system A, the location information corresponding to the terminal in the control file is updated. Therefore, the location registration can be updated for the mobile object communication system A to which the moving terminal itself belongs and the call zone of the moving terminal 8 can be recognized.
