<p>It is found that Zinc Monoglycerolate when used in combination with Cyclosporine enhances the capacity of lower doses of Cyclosporine to act to alleviate acute rejection reactions in the rat heterotropic heart model. It is proposed to use Zinc Monoglycerolate on its own, or in combination with other anti-rejection drugs or measures, in the prevention of initial rejection and in the maintenance of transplanted organs and tissues in humans and animals.</p> |
