Use of organofunctionally modified polysiloxanes for defoaming diesel fuel

The use of organofunctionally modified polysiloxanes of the formula I <IMAGE> where the radicals R<1> are preferably methyl radicals, the radicals R<2> are identical or different in the molecule, where from 30 to 90% are as defined for the radical R<1> and from 70 to 10% comprise a mixture of radicals R<2A> and R<2B> defined in greater detail in the description, which differ through their polarity, in amounts of from 0.5 to 50 ppm for defoaming diesel fuel (the amounts being based on the amount of diesel fuel).
