Multifunctional device for spraying and fumigating a vaporizable fluid material, comprising an actuator head (1), a vessel (100) for said fluid material, and a pump mounted on the vessel. The actuator head (1) includes electromechanical pump actuating means, and a supply and control electronic circuit (101) with a microprocessor. The invention is characterized in that: the device further includes a controlled electrical heating element adapted to be placed in order to face the outlet nozzle of the pump for receiving said fluid substance sprayed by the pump and for vaporizing it; the device includes means for detecting said controlled heating element, positionned in order to face to the pump outlet nozzle, and the functioning of the heating element, and for transmitting to the microprocessor a signal indicative of the presence and the functioning of the controlled heating element. The microprocessor is programmed for automatically controlling the actuating of the pump at predetermined time intervals when it receives said signal indicative of the presence and functioning of the controlled heating element.
