When the paper money distinguishing part 43 judges identity affirmation, an picture processing part 44 inhibits the output of the input picture. When the judgement of identity negation is executed, the output of the input picture is made possible. When the judgement of the presence of identity possibility is executed, the picture obtained by synthesizing an identification pattern with the input picture is outputted. |
