PURPOSE: To provide a device for developing a latent image recorded on a surface with toner by effectively preventing a carrier grain material from being moved to a donor member. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic field is formed in a sealing member 100 by the magnet 68 of a magnetic roll 44, and a carrier grain material is sucked to the sealing member 100 and then the material is prevented from being carried to a donor member 40. Thus, by effectively preventing the movement of the carrier grain material to the donor member 40, printing or copying quality is improved and the failure of a device is prevented. |
